We’ve lived the gaps in the system so we've built something better for our participants. Based in Melbourne, AAC delivers responsive, culturally intelligent, and high-impact NDIS services with a focus on children, teens, and multicultural families. We’re not here to “tick boxes” - we're building a new standard in participant-led care, service agility, and operational integrity. Our in-house support coordination is structured for continuity, plan optimisation, and strategic system navigation - often offered at no cost where it makes sense and limited funding to optimize our services.
