About Neurobehavioral Center for Growth
NBCG was founded in 2013 by Dr. Jennifer Cardinal, Ph.D. NBCG was born out of the desire to provide top-quality mental and behavioral health services. NBCG bridges the gap between what patients need and what patients more often than not, can actually get from schools and other public institutions. NBCG's focus is not just providing different services, but doing so in a way that respects and empowers patients. We do this by upholding the 3 Cs of NBCG; Compassion, Competency and Consistency. We have grown to include a wide array of services available to our patients; academic & diagnostic testing, mental health counseling, TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) therapy, school psychological services, ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy, autism support services, an elementary charter school built around ABA services (Thrive Academy), speech therapy and medication management. We currently have 4 office locations in Northern Utah; Downtown SLC, Bountiful, Layton and South Ogden. We also offer tele-health options. We have grown rapidly in the past nearly 10 years. We believe our interdisciplinary approach and support has enabled us to expand in size and the type of services we offer. We look for clinicians and team members who embody the 3 Cs of NBCG: Compassion, Competency and Consistency. We seek to bring our best clinical and professional selves to our patients each and every day.
