New City Moving has worked hard to become one of the most trusted moving companies in Chicago. Our values have never wavered from the day of inception in August of 2009: provide cost effective moving services and the highest level of customer service. Our operations now include more than 65 moving trucks and almost 200 employees, including a full sales and customer support team. While we’re growing rapidly, we still take the time to invest in our employees. Each of our employees undergoes a background check and a comprehensive interview process to ensure that we have polite and helpful staff answering your phone calls and emails and that we are sending a friendly and trustworthy crew of people to your home. All of our employees stands behind our company mantra of providing the best customer service, so that’s our number one priority every day. We are always happy to take as much time as needed to ensure that customer questions, comments and concerns are handled as well as possible so everyone feels at ease with their move. Not to toot our own horn, but with more than 50% of our moves coming from repeat customers, we must be doing something right! While we are so grateful for the kind words customers share, we are equally grateful for, and proud of, the recognition we have received in Chicago community. We have been honored for our community outreach by the Chicago Police Department, commended for contributions to our wonderful Chicago neighborhood of Bucktown/Wicker Park, and featured in the Chicago Tribune’s RedEye, as experts on the Chicago Moving Experience. New City Moving is licensed and insured with the Illinois Commerce Commission and we have an "A" rating by the Better Business Bureau for maintaining ethical business practices.
