Founded in 1988 by Diane DeSantis, New England Accounts Receivable Management, Inc. (NEARM) has offered the personal service, attention to detail, and efficient medical billing services that every medical office needs to realize their maximum revenues and profitability for over three decades. Over the course of its 30-year history, NEARM has grown from just two part-time staffers serving two physicians’ billing and back-office operations, to now offering an array of client services to over fifty practices across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, and Vermont. NEARM represents over 150 clinicians, in 20 different specialties, and employs 15 highly-experienced, full and part-time, U.S. based healthcare industry professionals. All services offered at NEARM were created with the the Clinician and Patient in mind. NEARM offers services to help minimize the Physician’s time chasing insurance carriers and trying to solve accounting headaches, and maximize their free time to focus on the patient’s care. NEARM efficiently and effectively handles medical billing, credentialing, and so much more. It is no wonder that the dedicated team at NEARM represents over 150 clinicians and over 50 practices across New England. New England Accounts Receivable Management’s services include Third-Party Medical Billing, Practice Management Consulting, Credentialing and Coding & Billing Training for Physicians and Staff.
