About Nightingale Creative Institute
Nightingale Creative Institute (NCI) is dedicated to providing a platform for artists to share their talents in communities world-wide and building collaborative communities of artists that can inspire one another and produce art that inspires the world. NCI is an extension of Night of Dreams, founded by Teresa Spangler in 2002. Between 2003 and 2007, Night of Dreams produced annual benefit concerts raising donations for CUE Center for Missing Children, Center for Child and Family Health, United Arts Council of Wake County – Artists in the Schools Program, and Interact. Night of Dreams showcases were held in the Raleigh, NC area at The Longview Center (2003), The Progress Energy Center (2004-2006), and Koka Booth Amphitheatre (2007). The concerts featured a multitude of performers from a wide-range backgrounds and styles from hip-hopera to tap ensembles to singer/songwriters.
