NOREAS was formed in 2008 and provides scientific, engineering and environmental services to the DoD, civilian federal agencies, utility companies and private clients throughout the US. Our employees are highly skilled in their technical fields delivering innovative solutions for complex environmental issues and superior service to our clients. Many of our employees are licensed professionals, and our corporate culture promotes a diverse and collegial work environment with active mentorship of early career staff. NOREAS operates across three service lines: Environmental Restoration (ER), Natural Resources (NR) and Environmental Services (ES): • ER includes geologists, hydrogeologists, risk assessors, environmental scientists; civil, environmental, mechanical and chemical engineers, GIS specialists, and technicians supporting investigation/remediation projects throughout the US. Clients include the US Navy, US Army Corps of Engineers, NASA, EPA, BLM, NPS, GSA, SoCal Edison, SoCal Gas and other private clients and industries. Associates are based in Irvine and San Diego. • NR includes biologists, botanists, ornithologists, ecologists and GIS specialists supporting natural resources projects in California, Arizona, and Nevada. Clients include the US Navy, utility companies, developers, and other consultants. Associates are based throughout Northern and Southern California and Nevada. • ES includes engineers, chemists, technicians and operators supporting vessel-generated industrial waste, oily waste and bilge processing operations for the US Navy’s Pacific Fleet as well as multiple installations across the San Diego metro area. Associates are based on Coronado Island.
