About North Central London Training Hub
We work with the primary care workforce of NCL, which includes Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington to support staff training and development for the best care of North Central London’s population. Our aims are: - Expand high quality educational capacity for all professions from a foundation of registered learning environments and educators with a consensus on effective supervision and time to both learn and teach. - Support the supply, development & transformation of the General Practice workforce with both subject and system expertise that includes their roles in wider Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. - Collaborate with system partners to enable integrated training and team working across organisations and to support a ‘one workforce’ approach to staff recruitment and retention. - To innovate, evaluate pilots and facilitate spreading of best practice across professional and geographical boundaries.
