Areas of study are spread out across our Schools of Business and Office Administration, Community Services, Engineering Technology and Trades, Health Sciences and Emergency Services, Veterinary Sciences, and Welding Engineering Technology. Northern College also offers more than 800 distance education courses and programs, as well as industry training with Northern Training Division and employment services through Employment Options Emploi. Academic Upgrading at Northern College provides post-secondary and career readiness programs to help you get where you want to go. Northern College has four campuses located in Northeastern Ontario. The largest campus is in Timmins, a thriving city with a population of just over 40,000 northerners. Northern College also has campuses in Haileybury, Kirkland Lake, and Moosonee - with Access Centres in other regions throughout Northeastern Ontario and the James Bay Coast.
