Northern Metal Fab, Inc. (NMF) specializes in the manufacture of large-scale metal fabrications for a wide variety of industries. Positioned at the far end of high-mix, low-volume job shops, our work provides exciting and diverse challenges. Founded in 1987, Northern Metal Fab offers competitive wages and full benefits and is a partially ESOP owned company. Our modern manufacturing facilities house some of the most state-of-the art equipment in the industry - from an automated heavy duty Flexible Manufacturing System married to a laser burn table, fully integrated precision brake presses and automated welding equipment. NMF's engineering department uses the latest versions of SolidWorks and AutoCAD and is fully integrated into each work center. Whether a customer needs a prototype or to quickly turn around a large order of piece parts, NMF has the experience, capacity, and flexibility to accommodate the project. Located in Baldwin, WI, NMF employs a team of over 100 professionals and craftsmen to bring customer designs to reality.
