Novaworks, LLC is a technology company specializing in the development of XBRL conversion and filing software. We focus on aiding filers to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Federal Energy Regulatory (FERC) convert their documents and data into the correct format and submitting them on time. We have a suite of products for every type of filer from a small reporting company to a major filing agent. Our flagship product, GoFiler Complete, is the only turn-key solution, combining all the tools to perform HTML conversions, ASCII conversions, EDGARization, XBRL reporting, ownership document creation and EDGAR filing for all form types including forms 3, 4, 5, D and N-MFP. We also offer a cloud solution in GoFiler Online for quick and easy XML form EDGAR filings. Finally, our FERC reporting software XBRLworks is the simplest, most cost-effective solution for FERC XBRL reporting. Members of our team have been involved with the operational EDGAR system since its implementation in 1993. We were also involved in the design process starting in 1984, so we are familiar with the workings of the EDGAR System and know first-hand the importance of your EDGAR software. We're also leading contributors in the XBRL reporting industry as well as members of the XBRL US Data Quality Committee and the XBRL US Domain Steering Committee.
