We have a 20 million dollar parts inventory, we are FDA registered and carry an ISO 13485 Certification — the most difficult manufacturing certification to acquire in the United States — . This certification affords us both the technical expertise and the stainless steel manufacturing capability to rebuild or remanufacture virtually every scope or surgical instrument used in surgery today, even if it is broken in half. We utilize new, original specification parts, and adhere to strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Our master technicians and optics engineers who oversee your repairs have years of technical training and experience; they know the exact image and fit required for all instruments at quality control completion. Your equipment undergoes thorough testing and is then returned to your facility in 2 or 3 days. All repairs are warranted.
