“We see light as a never ending series of possibility to create poetic and functional products” OliveLab is a Startup based in 2017 in Turin, Italy Is a small group of guys aiming to produce a new generation of lighting products. Attracted by innovations, materials and new technologies, we see light as one of the most important resources of our life. The poetic but functional aspect of lighting takes us to design new projects and fittings focused on the true needs of the final consumer. Putting together our creativity, ideas and experiences we apply the same rigorous attention to context, process, material quality and detail to all our creations. Our design process starts from light and emotions more than shape and colors. We are driven by the belief that lighting design is not just about light up a space but rather a way of furnishing, creating astonishment, magic and beauty. Those three themes are the foundations of our way to think light and the fittings that shapes it. - OliveLab è una Startup nata a Torino con l’obbiettivo di creare una nuova generazione di prodotti d’illuminazione. Attirati dall'innovazione, dai materiali e dalle nuove tecnologie, vediamo la luce come una delle più importanti risorse della nostra vita. L’aspetto poetico, ma allo stesso tempo funzionale, della luce, ci porta a disegnare nuovi prodotti pensati sulle reali esigenze dell’utente finale. Unendo la nostra creatività, le nostre idee e la nostra esperienza, dedichiamo la stessa attenzione al contesto, al processo, alla qualità ed ai dettagli in tutte le nostre creazioni. Il nostro processo creativo inizia dalla luce e dalle emozioni più che da forme o colori. Crediamo che progettare con la luce non significhi semplicemente illuminare uno spazio ma sia piuttosto un modo di arredare, creando stupore, magia e bellezza. Questi tre temi sono alla base del nostro modo di pensare la luce e gli oggetti che le danno forma.
