Oliver and Company (UK) Limited was founded by Judy Oliver in 1998 and specialises in Leadership, Organisational Development and high-quality facilitation and coaching for individuals, teams and organisations. Oliver & Company (UK) Ltd has built a reputation for effective delivery of clients’ objectives by using Nancy Kline’s using highly interactive ‘Thinking Environment’© methods which encourage participants to think effectively for themselves and develop a working environment based on trust and mutual respect. These techniques enable participants to have quality conversations with each other working in pairs and small groups. This enables a high trust environment to be built quickly so that higher quality work can be done in the time available as well as supporting the development of a strong ‘partnership network’ culture within the client group.
