About ONE/35 Agency
The One/35 Agency – a Marketing Company Our mission is to optimize the human experience. We accomplish this with a blend of art & science, informed by the team’s collective experience and knowledge. It is supported by the One/35 'Always On' approach to sparking engagement and action. Our founder, Shante Bacon-Cius created the original brand – 135th St Agency – fueled by her passion, instinct and belief that every brand needed a fresh marketing solution to reach, inspire, engage and mobilize people of color - with a focus on millennials and the entrepreneur-minded. One/35 is rooted in communications strategy and experiential marketing for the entertainment and movie industries with clients like Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Oprah Winfrey Network, and BET. Over the past 18 months, we expanded our service offering to include digital strategy & activation, creative development and media strategy & buying. This expansion helped fuel the increase in client partnerships with brands like Google, NatGEO and the DCCC. What our clients get here that they cannot get anywhere else. We uniquely offer clients access to highly engaged micro-influencers, makers, creators, local business leaders, local officials and consumers in 15 markets across the country (ever growing). Led by Managing Partner, Saptosa Foster, we provide local insights, connections and a seasoned local staff ready to activate marketing programs and experiential events for our clients’ brands. To date, One/35 has been awarded 8 NAMIC Awards including five 1st place and 3-2nd place honors. And our founder has been celebrated by the AdAge’s ‘Women to Watch’, and she is a DMN ‘Hall of Femme’ and a ‘PR Week’s ‘40 Under 40’ honoree.
