Summary Organisation Change Practitioners Ltd (OCP) was set up to support and inspire individuals and groups in public, private and voluntary organisations, along with people engaged in projects, forums and networks, embed participatory approaches to learning in ways that deliver increased economic, financial and social benefits to their clients. In order to achieve this OCP enables their clients to implement better approaches to change that will enable them to:- • Develop their knowledge and expertise to apply learning and action-based research in ways that will result in improved economic, financial and social outcomes. • Assess, review and track the outcomes of what their clients do and achieve with paid staff, volunteers and service users, within and beyond different settings over time. • Adapt and use their knowledge and skills to influence and shape more socially responsible policies and practices in a range of different areas: business operations, housing, health and care support services.
