About Orla Brady Kinesiology

Through Orla's 25 years experience within the field of kinesiology and psychology, working with high-end athletes and people who have suffered trauma, stress and poor mental health, she began to realise that one of the biggest problems her clients struggled with was emotional discomfort hidden within their physical body. This led her to research more deeply into the emotional component of the physical body, discovering the possible connection between childhood trauma and unexplained medical symptoms amongst adults, ultimately completing my PhD in Applied Psychology. Through her many years of clinical work and experience with those immensely affected by trauma, she have been able to formulate the practice of Energetic Embodiment®. It is now her aim to introduce this process to other therapists who are working within similar fields, as it is through this practice, she believes that one can truly find balance amongst chaos
