Paliria was founded in 1957, on the island of Evia, in Central Greece as a privately owned business by the entrepreneur Antonis Souliotis. Since then, the purpose of Paliria has steadily been the production of well cooked, delicious ready to eat meals and mezedes based on authentic Greek & Mediterranean recipes, as well as their marketing in national and international markets. Today, Paliria owns 6 plants in 2 continents reaching an area of more than 35,000 M2 as well as an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons. Paliria, constitutes the leading Greek exporter of ready to eat meals and meze. Moreover, proudly holds the position of No 1 Dolma & Vine Leaves producer in the world, hand rolling more than 2.000.000 dolmas per day! The company’s products' portfolio is based on a variety of more than 120 different traditional Greek and Mediterranean recipes, also compromises by a brand portfolio of 3 sub-brands (Greek Originals – which is the International Brand, On Your Side & Spitika brands for the Greek Market). Paliria products, are marketed to consumers and food service professionals in more than 60 countries around the globe.
