In 1996, co-founders James Kalbassi and Tara Falk established Paragon as a boutique insurance broker, specialising in professional liability. In developing Paragon their objectives were to specialise in certain lines, to tailor solutions to client needs, and to wrap all this up in a personalised service package. Paragon is a proud partner of UNIBA, an international network of over 70 independent, owner-led insurance brokers, working collectively to put clients needs first. Today, Paragon has grown into a major international insurance broker with offices in London and Bermuda. With a broader, independent platform the company continues to build for the future from a position of strength. Our strategy remains unchanged and we retain our dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit.
