They are selected by the large paramedical providers, as those with impeccable track records of quality and client satisfaction. Direct examiners provide brokers / agents with an alternative to managed scheduling, as well as allowing the broker / agent to have a professional relationship with a select direct examiner(s). This method ensures that brokers / agents that want to know who will be doing their applicant's exams, will. Direct examiners still bill and process through the large paramedical providers, thereby not changing the dynamics of the operation.
