U.S. PAVER can manage the maintenance and construction of an entire parking facility at a lower cost than property managers can attain as a single entity. Our network of industry relationships and in-house delivery enables U.S. PAVER to reduce the total number of contractors associated with a customer's parking facility maintenance from four or five to one single point of contact. Additionally, these relationships foster buying power and cost reduction which we utilize as an asset for our customers. We maintain a relationship with our customers so we have an opportunity to retain them as a U.S. PAVER customer. Our proactive approach involves continually returning to completed projects and integrating into our customer's property management process. We consider ourselves an "off payroll" resource for the property manager/owner. As a customer you will have a single point of contact to assist you throughout your project lifecycle.
