Pentland Homes design and build contemporary, high quality homes in some of Kent's most desirable locations. With roots stretching back to the 1960s, Pentland Homes was officially established in the 1990s. The company has grown from developing two or three homes per year to becoming a successful Kent firm responsible for up to 100 units per year. We are a private limited company and, unlike some of the national PLC housebuilders, we answer to our customers, not to shareholders. We are proud of our roots as a Kent-based business and are passionate about building quality homes in the county. Each of our developments is different, but all our homes are built to a high specification, with quality features such as underfloor heating and high performance glazing. Our developments are located with transport links in mind, and carefully considered landscaping and ample parking are priorities.
