Our coach equipment goes through routine maintenance and cleaning after every use by an internal cleaning crew. The coaches offer 10V plugs, TVs, Two-way radio, and WIFI. We have a 24-hour call center to ensure all customers and drivers are able to speak to an employee if an issue arises. We are a member of IMG and carry double the required liability insurance on the coaches. By offering charter service, Chicago airport/suburb shuttles, and group tours, Peoria Charter has grown to be one of the largest family-owned bus companies in the country. Drivers are able to choose whether they prefer high or low customer interaction. Also, drivers can choose how much time at home they would like. Contracts with The University off Illinois, Illinois State, Mayflower Tours, and Collete Tours allow for our drivers to have a wide variety of travel experiences. Currently, we offer paid training and certification for any coach operators looking to join a team that focuses on customer service. With over 100 employees, Peoria Charter has grown every year since it was founded in 1941. We offer benefits, vacation time, and thorough training.
