My name is John Tejeda and I want to take this opportunity to tell you about my career of over twenty-five years as a senior leader in healthcare organizations with a track record of success. I have a Master’s degree as a Physician Associate, a Master's in Legal Studies, and a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration. I also possess diverse experience in multiple healthcare-related fields with key competencies in business/market development, healthcare business law, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, operations, hospital and service line administration, clinical research management, quality improvement, building collaborative teams, and physician relations. In today’s healthcare environment this unique mix of experience, in combination with other important traits I possess, is of interest to hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, and managed care companies. I began my career at the point of care as a clinician and I am very motivated to utilize my education, experience, and leadership skills to contribute as a consultant executive healthcare administrator. I am someone who builds and supports effective collegial relationships with applicable internal and external stakeholders and organizations. Ensuring and fostering a high level of collaboration in order to develop partnerships, coordinate activities, review work, exchange information, and resolve problems.
