Founded by Raymond P. Mooney, PA-C, Physician Assistant Expert Witness Services provides litigation support to the legal community concerning standard of care issues related to physician assistant practice on a nationwide basis. Words from the founder: I have been a physician assistant for thirty five years and have been continually board certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants. My areas of clinical practice presently involve family practice, emergency/urgent care medicine and correctional medicine. As an expert witness retained on behalf of your client it is my responsibility to provide a meticulous review of all records submitted and provide clear, organized and logical testimony at deposition and if necessary at trial in a manner which will clearly explain my expert opinion to the court and jury. I have been providing expert witness opinions on alleged medical malpractice cases concerning physician assistants for approximately fourteen years. I review cases for both defense and plaintiff counsel. I have provided testimony in both State and Federal Court throughout the United States. I view my role as an expert witness as an important part of my profession and believe that any case must be reviewed objectively and not retrospectively and that a less than fortunate outcome does not equal medical malpractice.
