Hi, my name is Natalie Bleifuss, 5th generation restauranteur and founder of Pie Bar Restaurant group. Pie Bar was born in Seattle, WA in 2013. It was the brainchild of identical twin sisters Natalie and Alyssa Bleifuss. Stay home moms with a big dream and a magic pie wand. Who doesn’t like sugar and booze? Bippity Boppity Boo! Pie Bar has been operating for over a decade with 3 Seattle brick and mortar locations, a large fleet of cyber pink food trucks, catering and a centralized bakery. Pie Bar is an established late night (adult) diner that serves sugar and booze. Fresh artisan pies are made fresh every morning and paired with sophisticated, locally sourced, craft cocktails. Our Pie Bar corporation became a WA state franchisor on December 20, 2023 and trademarked nationwide. Pie Bar also became the first company to pioneer and build an electric food truck. Our brand is well known in Washington state and goes to show why we have the largest contracts in the industry. Pie Bar has contracts with Microsoft, Lumen Field (Seahawks/ Sounders Stadium), US Government (Navy/Army/Airforce/National Guard), State Universities, Food Banks, Live Nation Concert Venues including the Gorge Amphitheater, Puyallup, Pierce and Evergreen State Fairs, Alaska Airlines, Breweries and Wineries. Pie Bar is one of the first companies to have a true electric food truck. Say goodbye to noisy generators and hello to evolutionary green technology.
