A PolyCycle® facility can process the majority of previously unrecyclable plastics waste found in Municipal Solid Waste streams. PolyCycle efficiently converts large volumes of plastic waste into usable products through a brilliant, anaerobic pyrolysis process we call The Grispin Process™. The process creates a valued liquid product, PolyCrude® that can be readily used as a petrochemical feedstock. Alternatively, the liquid product can be separated into refined products such as low-sulfur diesel fuel. A 4-reactor plant will consume 240 ton/day of plastic waste and produce 1,200 barrels per day of petrochemical feedstock to be sold into the petrochemical/petroleum refining sector for new monomer production. A true, "cradle to cradle" solution for plastic waste! The Grispin Process™ technology employed in the plant utilizes new, proprietary machinery and processing steps that are the next generation in chemical recycling. The process is less complex; it does not employ high-cost, high-pressure Fischer-Tropsch equipment, or expensive and intricate catalytic reactions. Our process uses no added catalyst.
