We deliver workshops to organisations to provide their employees with confidence, support and tools to get families sleeping through the night and performing through the day. A Precious Sleep workshop adds immediate value to employee value propositions. During a three-hour Precious Sleep employee workshop, we provide education, awareness and an opportunity to design a customised sleep plan to sleep-deprived parents who want to encourage healthy sleep habits in their children.
