Primal Capital is a real estate investment and development company which focuses on finding, acquiring, fixing, renovating and selling distressed residential and commercial properties in the states of Vienna (Wien) and Lower Austria (Niederösterreich). Strategy Primal Capital will initially focus its efforts on buying and developing existing undervalued properties. Once the properties are purchased, each unit will be renovated and fixed in a high quality style and turn it into a cutting edge environment to live. We will be able to control costs and renovation delays by keeping the majority of our work under close controls. We have dependable contractors who will be available and dedicated to our projects.
