A comprehensive simulation game for players to learn about the private equity industry while building the skillset and knowledge to break into the industry. Walkaway with a deep understanding of what it takes to evaluate investment opportunities, deploy capital and guide management teams to a successful exit. You'll walk into interviews with the tools and polished to ask engaging questions about investment strategy and attractive business models, ranking above your peers. The simulation places you in the driver's seat as a PE investor. You evaluate a business, acquire a controlling stake, pull levers for growth, weather market disruptions and negotiate a sale, with pop up tips and guided tactical reviews along the way. You will learn: 1) How to invest in and value a business 2) How to diligence a company's performance 3) How to negotiate as a buyer and seller 4) How to advise management and drive business operations to create real value You will compete with your peers in the simulation and have access to a community forum to debate decisions and strategy along with other private equity insiders. At the end of the simulation, you unlock current PE job postings and can submit samples of your work from the simulation, such as write ups and models, as part of your application.
