PRO, Inc. currently operates in 10 states and the District of Columbia offering Workers' Compensation, Major Medical and Catastrophic case management services as well as vocational placement services. They also offer PROActive Wellness for employers, Telephonic Case Management, Labor Market Surveys and Bilingual Services. Melissa and Pam were concerned by the spreading corporate, impersonal “cookie cutter” approach that was taking over the case management field. They began their business based on personal attention, hard work and faith that these efforts would always be blessed. Today, after starting with two volkswagens, a couple of new fangled computers, a mail meter and a faith in God, PRO employs dozens of professionals. PRO’s employees continue and share their vision for quality professional case management that achieves the best possible outcome for each individual client, employer and company.
