On the 28th of November 2022 I proudly announced the opening of my very own real estate agency, Promnestria Properties. The name “Promnestria” is derived from the Greek term for matchmakers - highly skilled female negotiators responsible for everything from delivering messages between prospective betrothals, negotiating on behalf of the concerned families and even arranging the dowry. In many ways, buying property is similar to marriage. It is both a commitment and a lot of going back and forth between the two concerned parties! My mission is therefore to use every expertise available to me to offer you the best service in every aspect of your property experience so you leave feeling satisfied and at peace with your decisions. My vision for Promnestria Properties is a client-first approach to ensure you feel supported, heard and completely at ease with any concerns you may have. I aim to do this by: 1. Being loyal and supportive of all parties involved. 2. Remaining legally correct in all aspects and at all times. 3. Ensuring the best price for all my property owners, whether regarding rentals or sales. 4. Ensuring that the dream of my buyer is realized in the property I introduce to them. 5. Supporting the buyer, seller and conveyancer in all aspects until after the transfer date. 6. Supporting both the owner and tenant in all aspects to ensure complete satisfaction for the duration of time I am mandated to lease the property.
