The ability to assist in validating designs, offer “design for manufacturing” opportunities and maximize efficiencies all insures that our customers enter and maintain a competitive position in their markets. A “lights out manufacturing strategy” is achieved through the use of high production equipment, robotics and sophisticated tooling and fixture designs. This strategy has provided our customer’s a competitive advantage and has allowed Protofab to compete in global markets. Quality Assurance: Our quality system is Certified and Registered to ISO 9001:2008. An experienced staff combined with state of the art metrology insures a high level of accuracy and measurement and reporting capability. Quality Assurance works to validate effective and efficient processes that will meet all our customer’s manufacturing objectives. Protofab Incorporated opened its doors in 1998 and now occupies 23,000 square feet in Petaluma, CA. The enterprise has built a firm reputation for developing and manufacturing their customer’s designs to go to market quickly, competitively and efficiently.
