About Radiant Development Partners
Launched in January 2023, Radiant Development Partners is a firm focused on developing obtainable, equitable & diverse housing options in communities that have traditionally been inadequately housed. In many cases, our affordability may achieve 100% at or below 80% AMI, but our goal is to have a minimum 20% affordability with units at 60% AMI or less. With the increased need for affordable housing, RDP seeks to expand our ability to provide affordable housing by working collaboratively with public and private partnerships to create innovative solutions that are sustainable and replicable. With over 26 years of technical experience in affordable housing, we have worked on some of the most complex financing structures in the business to include LIHTC, HOME, TAD, Tax Exempt and Lease-Purchase Bonds, Housing Opportunity Bonds, CDBG, RAD, Grants, PHA rental subsidy, conventional and nonconventional lending, as well as FHA financing. This extensive experience with sourcing and layering complex capital stacks has equipped us with the ability to resolve many financing gap related issues. Most of our experience has been in metro Atlanta which lends us to extensive working relationships with local housing and finance agencies, lenders and investors and third-party service providers in the market.
