As the Owner and Broker of Real Estate Solutions Today, Inc., and recently Awarded Broker of the Year Treasure Coast 2018, I have a team of forty five (55) licensed professional real estate agents who pride themselves on servicing and meeting our clients’ needs for Martin County, St. Lucie County and Indian River County, Florida. Our fully staffed office personnel are fluent in the English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Creole languages and understand the cultures and their influences on the real estate and mortgage market. Real Estate Solutions Today, Inc. utilizes cutting edge technology which is enhanced from my previous experience as a certified computer programmer. I was employed in Broward for six years as a Project Setup/Data Analysis for one of the largest data providers in the nation. We pride ourselves on keeping current on market trends and continuing education, including specialized official certifications of REO Specialist, CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert, CPM Certified Property Management, Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR) as received from the National Association of Realtors and completed CCIM 101 and CCIM 102. I have successfully closed bank owned properties for Fannie Mae, 24 Asset Management, Eastern Savings Bank, Bank of America, FirstfidelityREO and Homecomings Financial. Our strength in this current market is effective negotiations with lenders concerning the listing and selling of bank owned properties, whether REO or by short sales. Our list of bank representatives is national in scope. I conduct foreclosure prevention seminars in Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach and Fort Pierce, Florida, all in connection with Consumer Credit Counseling Services. Further, I host a weekly radio show which focuses on the real estate trends in our community. We educate and assist listeners in making intelligent real estate decisions allowing them to navigate today’s complex and evolving real estate market.
