We are a professional nurse-led service who are passionate about mental health education. Reclaiming Wellbeing believes that by being proactive and empowering young people through education we can support a better understanding of essential mental health knowledge. We provide young people a safe space to learn to communicate and navigate these topics which can be applied to the ever changing challenges we face through life. Our company cares about the future mental health of young people and wants to promote wellbeing to ensure everyone has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. We provide a range of services for young people, parents and professionals. Our interactive workshops and seminars cover a range of mental health topics which can be tailored to your establishments needs.
