Redial is an Non-Government Organization based in Dublin, Ireland. REDIAL’s vision is to create inclusive learning communities that empower learners from every background to develop skills, overcome barriers to inclusion, and realise their potential. Our core values are: Collaboration – we take an asset-based approach to inclusion and innovation in learning, understanding that each community has existing organisations and individuals that can collaborate to create new innovations that empower and enable individuals to develop. Integrity – We aim to be trustworthy and transparent in our work with both individuals and organisations, being honest about what we can deliver and areas we need to develop. Inclusion – we understand that each individual has a role to play but may need different support in order to participate fully. Capacity Building – we are passionate about supporting our partners and participants to develop their skills, competencies, and abilities to take an active role in a socially inclusive learning community. Partnership – we are proactive in engaging and working with partners who can contribute to us meeting our vision and values.
