Redlands Associates help small and large businesses improve through implementing Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement programmes that improve quality and delivery performance; enable growth; eliminate wastes; solve challenging problems and reduce costs. We have over 20 years experience deploying Lean and Six Sigma in companies such as AlliedSignal, Honeywell, Ford, Flextronics and IKEA. Our clients include Bosch, Shell, SWM, Siemens and Fenner Seals. The approach that we take deploying Lean and Six Sigma is tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. One programme that recently provided comprises delivering projects, facilitating workshops, training and coaching practitioners and sponsors for 2 classes of Black Belt training, 8 classes of Green Belt training, Kaizen workshops, Design for Six Sigma at locations in USA, France, Poland, Brazil and Asia. We have also recently supported a continuous improvement programme for a major fuels retailer, delivering projects with substantial financial benefits, facilitating workshops, training and coaching over 200 practitioners and managers. We particularly enjoy helping businesses, teams and individuals improve through implementing Lean Six Sigma programmes that develop continuous improvement skills of practitioners and managers throughout the organisation in a way that is fun, effective and lasting. Many practitioners that have worked with Redlands now hold more senior positions in organisations and continue to apply their Lean Six Sigma skills and thinking in their day to day work. We also provide Lean Six Sigma public training courses and project support.
