About REO-ECO

At REO-ECO, we turn polyester waste into high-performance products such as rPET chips, filament yarn, and fabrics. Our vertical, in-house production process covers everything from waste to the final product, ensuring quality, traceability, and efficiency. We use two recycling methods: Mechanical recycling, which processes mixed polyester waste such as bottles, packaging, and production scraps. Through careful sorting, cleaning, and reprocessing, we give these materials a second life by turning them into rPET chips that are then spun into high-quality filament yarn and fabrics. Biological recycling (BioCulus), our textile-to-textile technology, uses enzymes to break polyester textiles back down to their original building blocks. The result is a virgin-grade regeneration of the material. With a fully in-house direct spinning facility and a yearly capacity of 250,000 tons, we transform recycled polyester into premium filament yarn. We also developed FixDye, our dope-dyed yarn technology. By using a fixed recipe for both color and process, FixDye delivers consistent quality, high performance, and significant resource savings.
