We are all about relationship - with Christian Churches, Child Welfare Services in San Diego County, Foster Family Agencies & other organizations who work in this space. Along with faith-based groups who want to make an impact in the lives of Foster and Kinship families. Many churches and church-goers WANT to help lend a helping hand to families and children in crisis, but they don't know HOW. We offer the HOW - a simple, repeatable way to serve this vulnerable population. It's not about becoming a Foster Parent necessarily, but that EVERYONE CAN DO SOMETHING to be a change-maker for Jesus. James 1:27 - to help the widow and orphan in need. In updated language, that's foster and kinship children. Be the change! Here's how you can help: Donate! Every dollar you give goes to loving and supporting families and children in crisis. Volunteer! Get out of the pew and find a meaningful way to serve in the mission field here in San Diego County. There are fewer things in life than to bless another with a helping hand and Jesus' love. Bring your church on the journey! to serve these vulnerable children. The Foster Care System is ground zero in our society today and is a direct pipeline to prison, sex trafficking, homelessness, addiction etc. Upwards of 60% of adults trapped in these struggles come from the Foster Care System. But we can teach you how to minister directly not only to those in your congregation touched by crisis, but in your local community as well.
