Retail Sites, LLC is a full-service commercial real estate development, brokerage, investment, and property management firm based in Moorestown, NJ. Founded in 2007 by Robert M. Hill, we specialize in growing retail footprints through strategic development and acquisition programs across the Mid-Atlantic and East Coast, particularly in the Philadelphia region. Our team has developed and acquired over 800,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. We leverage our capital and expertise to build, own, invest in, and manage high-quality retail centers and net-leased properties. Our investment services, and team, identify and capitalize on growth opportunities aligned with our investors’ objectives, while always focusing on supporting the success of our tenants.
