Chef Dez's cool, calm demeanor combined with Heidi's creative flare and highly detailed organizational skills are the perfect blend. A passion for food and travel have influenced Chef Dez on his culinary journey, and this is what separates him from the crowd: he combines classic French technique with regional cooking traditions, ingredients, and spices. From New York City to small islands in South East Asia, Chef Dez follows the "culinary road less-traveled", always exploring local cuisine, and looking for that next extra-special ingredient to add to his kitchen. Heidi has spent the past ten years earning her stripes in the fast-paced San Francisco event industry. She has been privileged to work with the best Bay Area event companies and caterers - and it shows! Whether producing a destination wedding for five hundred, arranging the perfect catered luncheon for an intimate party of 20, or designing a Hawaiian-themed birthday on a private estate, no detail is too small, and Heidi brings an infectious enthusiasm to every event.
