Reverse mortgages are perceived as complex and difficult to sell. REVERSE plus was created by two reverse mortgage industry veterans with unique skills in education and sales technology. Dan Hultquist, author of Understanding Reverse and Navigating Reverse, is well known for creating educational tools and training programs. Jeff Birdsell, on the other hand, has built and implemented technological resources for the industry for over 30 years.
