Welcome! I'm Ron Byrd, Founder and Broker of RHB Properties. I am very excited to say that I have opened up a Real Estate Agency that is a perfectly centralized in Ventura County. RHB Properties is located on the corner of 6th and C. Streets in Downtown Oxnard. This Agency is a 2200 square foot location that also serves as a facility for Real Estate Classes and 1st Time Homebuyer Seminars. Our facilities proudly offer our Realtors an in-office loan officer from Dignified Home Loans, private office availability, conference room and assistant space. RHB also provides our Team Leaders and Associate Brokers with an opportunity to build and expand their team by making relationships with the Real Estate Class students from the classes taught in office. RHB Properties is not re-inventing the wheel. But we are doing something different from most. We are entwining creative new ways to get in front of new clients including, but not limited to, auction agent training. Auction listings are a result of our auction agent training and are a wonderful combination of real estate services to offer the appropriate clientele. It is a new innovative approach that utilizes several different marketing strategies in order to capture more listing clients. RHB wants to offer their realtors every possible way to maximize their revenue while offering clients a more expansive service of real estate sales that include standard and auction sales. Our greatest goal is to present an agency that is known for its reliability, honesty and service for our clients.
