In July of 2002, after years of providing world class support to the financial and energy industries (on a global scale), a small band of engineers with a passion for this work and decades of combined experience under their belts, launched into what would become a decade-plus-long journey to bring world class IT care and support to companies that make up the backbone of the American economy: The “SMB” or Small to Medium Sized Business! The approach?: Take care of the people first, and then make sure the equipment is their servant, not the other way around! Oh and make sure you get to know everyone in every office you touch very well! Yes this is hard work, but we feel it is indispensable when it comes to providing the kind of personalized care and support we are speaking of. Very simply put, we see the equipment in your office as nothing more than tools that are to be bent to do your bidding and when they do not, it is our responsibility to see that they get back doing just that!
