About Rise Up School of Dance
Rise Up School of Dance is a nonprofit ballet school dedicated to offering quality classical ballet training to families with children ages 7 and up from all levels of income. To do this, we offer sliding-scale tuition with the hope that every interested child has the opportunity to pursue ballet. OUR VISION Our heart is that each child would feel seen, known, and loved. We long to see our surrounding neighborhoods united in community, regardless of background. Our hope is to use the medium of dance to encourage children through mental, physical, and artistic skill and healthy, meaningful relationships. OUR MISSION Our mission is to cultivate joyful, compassionate, and physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy dancers. We wish to raise up students from all socioeconomic statuses who will be catalysts of hope for one another and their communities.
