About Rockline Equity

We founded Rockline Equity specifically to build and invest in small and medium-sized businesses. Our team has completed more than a dozen transactions throughout the Southwest. We are an ideal partner for owners seeking liquidity, generational transition, or working capital for growth, recapitalization, or turnarounds. We focus primarily on buying profitable and growing businesses with at least $500,000 in earnings, and providing consultative services for those needing help transitioning out of or hoping to exit from a business. We invest heavily in obtaining the right partners. First and foremost, we seek relationships with those whose core values align with ours. We also seek to develop and nurture those who have the talent, drive, and ability to create new value for existing and new customers. We seek investment opportunities in companies where our partners can thrive and grow. We provide deep-dive, in-the-trenches support and feedback for our clients and our own portfolio management partners and teams, helping them achieve their goals and the shared vision for the company.
