About Rodan+Fields, Multi-Med Skincare
Recently, after having my second child I had about 15 extra pounds to lose, so I decided to try the nursing mom's program as well and I have had great success. After 3 weeks I was able to stop wearing my maternity clothes and start wearing some of my regular clothes again! I am well on my way to getting rid of all that extra pregnancy weight! Take Shape For Life is not only helping me lose the extra weight for me to be healthy, it's teaching me how to eat healthier, have more energy and feel great! Because of my success and how TSFL has helped get me on the right track for a healthier life, I have decided to pay it forward and join Dr. Wayne Andersen on the mission to "Get America Healthy". Prior to TSFL and having my second child I worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and taught boot camp style classes for two years. I truly enjoyed helping people get fit and lose weight. I now have this wonderful opportunity as a Certified Health Coach to continue in my journey to help others get in shape and be healthy for life.
