My passion for helping others has evolved into empowering them to transform their own lives. That's why I founded Routes to Health, a non-judgmental and holistic approach to achieving optimal health. As a child, I struggled with health issues and discovered that my physical health was related to my emotional trauma, nutrition, and lifestyle choices. After years of study and certifications in natural and holistic medicine and applying my knowledge to my own life, I now feel healthier, calmer, and more balanced than ever before. At Routes to Health, we recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to achieving optimal health. We take a customized approach to identify the root cause of an ailment or disease and develop a personalized plan tailored to each individual's needs and preferences. Our focus is primarily on neurological, digestive, and autoimmune disorders and diseases.
