Established in 1980 RPM has offered a diversified service for over 40 years. A year round operation RPM works closely with Minor Hockey Associations located throughout South Western British Columbia. Summer Hockey Schools are part of our operation however in an effort to meet the increased needs of parents, players and hockey-conscious communities RPM also provides “in-season” support to Minor Hockey. These services include instruction of any and all skills at the player's level. For coaches we offer clinics, classroom sessions and coach mentoring services available to support and further develop the skill sets of the minor hockey coach. For associations and executives, we offer business planning, strategic planning and other services available to assist minor hockey with the complex responsibilities of managing minor hockey on a day-to-day basis. Over the years our services have changed and expanded into new venues these include New to Hockey for pre-school and school-aged children, 3-3 Spring & Summer and other programs created for beginner to elite level players. RPM has quietly gone about our business year after year raising the bar in quality on ice and off ice instruction. Word of mouth continues to be our highest form of marketing. We have produced many players who have gone on to play hockey at higher levels including Junior, College, European and Professional. Our reputation for the past 40 years has been a service that delivers quality instruction. Parents and Players describe our schools as enjoyable, disciplined and a valuable learning experience.
