About S&K MacDonald Homes
Housebuilding Company. Currently specialising on bespoke projects working as a main contractor in west Lochaber. We can offer a full project management or main contractor service & are registered with Premier Guarantee to provide a 10 year new house build warranty. In 2008 we won the Premier Guarantee award for Environment & Conservation on our first development at Mingarry, Moidart. We are currently building at Resipole, Loch Sunart & expect to announce a new contract award imminently. We are seeking to expand operations in 2011 in a controlled manner without recourse to any bank funding, and our aim is to build only 2-3 new homes per year for the next coupe of years. We have suspended all speculative property development work due to the credit crunch & will review this suspension next year.(The Company was set up to specialise on small developments).
